All non-profit and governmental agencies are eligible to take advantage of the cost-saving services of RSVP service worker volunteers who fold, stuff, seal, staple, label, zip, and/or bundle bulk mail projects. And the RSVP service groups prepare conference folders and pack "goodie" bags and other time-intensive bulk projects. Call us at 280-8656 or contact us by e-mail.

Advance scheduling allows us to recruit, organize, and mobilize the volunteer groups. The projects are delivered by your agency to RSVP before 2:00 p.m. and are prepared for distribution to the volunteer service groups at 8:00 a.m. the following morning by volunteer RSVP drivers. Bulk mailing to be bundled in zip code order must have labels printed in zip code order; that is, all lists merged in to one list.
