RSVP will endeavor to find a volunteer capable of providing the assistance requested. It is understood and agreed that the requesting organization will interview the RSVP volunteer to determine if he or she can provide the assistance requested.
RSVP will not be liable to the requesting organization, to its clients, its staff, nor to its personnel, whether volunteer or paid. The requesting organization agrees to hold RSVP harmless for failure of the assigned volunteer to fulfill request. (To be signed and returned to the RSVP office prior to fulfilling the request.)
